This is the S2 Flexible Squares Layout.
You will need to change two URL's in the .css file. The two URL's are the banner pic and the background image (which you can upload to photobucket or something.) After you've changed the URL's then upload the .css file to your own server (maybe somewhere on geocities).

Then go to your LJ > Edit Journal Style

Change the style to Flexible Squares S2, then go the CSS tab and type in the URL of where the .css file is located.

If you need help, just ask me. (we can do this on AIM or MSN)
